A leading structural engineering consultancy in the San Francisco Bay Area is seeking a talented BIM Modeller to join its team. What You’ll Do
Develop and maintain detailed
structural BIM models
in Revit.
Generate drawings, schedules, and documentation from BIM.
Coordinate models with architects, engineers, and MEP teams.
Contribute to clash detection, coordination meetings, and BIM reviews.
Help refine and implement
BIM standards and workflows .
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of BIM modelling experience in a
structural or architectural/engineering setting .
Proficiency in
Autodesk Revit
(structural focus); knowledge of AutoCAD, Navisworks a plus.
Familiarity with
structural systems
(steel, concrete, timber, seismic).
Strong attention to detail, communication, and collaboration skills.
Bonus Points For
Experience on
California or Bay Area projects
and knowledge of seismic codes.
Interest in
parametric design tools
(Dynamo, Grasshopper).
Familiarity with sustainable design practices.
