senior digital strategist
who excels at turning complex, integrated marketing strategies into C-suite-level client partnerships?
We are hiring a
Digital Account Director
to be the strategic linchpin for our agency’s most valuable accounts, specifically within the dynamic
real estate sector . This high-impact, executive role requires you to own the
health, profitability, and growth
of client relationships, acting as the critical bridge between their business objectives and our integrated solutions.
This is a leadership role where you will blend deep technical expertise with executive communication.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership:
Develop, pitch, and execute cohesive,
full-funnel digital strategies
unifying Paid Search, SEO, Paid Social, Programmatic, and Content. Serve as the expert on
advanced SEO
best practices.
Business Stewardship:
Own top-tier client relationships, driving client
retention and revenue growth
by expanding services. Deliver high-level strategic presentations to executive teams, translating data into clear business outcomes.
Data-Driven Storytelling:
Oversee and conduct advanced data analysis using platforms like
GA4, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager,
and
Looker Studio , transforming complex datasets into compelling, actionable narratives.
Operational Excellence:
Oversee client onboarding and guide a tiered Account Manager structure, ensuring operational excellence and scalability across all accounts.
What You'll Need
8+ years of experience
in digital marketing, with
3+ years
in a senior client-facing Account Director/Strategy role, preferably agency-side.
Proven expertise in
real estate
or comparable high-value B2B asset marketing is a major plus.
Deep, demonstrable expertise in
Paid Search, Paid/Organic Social strategy, and advanced SEO.
Expert-level proficiency
in
GA4, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio.
