Position Summary:
United Democracy Project is hiring a Field Director for the 2026 election cycle. This individual will oversee our grassroots operations in federal races across the country. They will oversee all field staff and they will be responsible for working with our software vendor to ensure we run an efficient and highly targeted program.
Responsibilities
Working with our pollsters, analytics and other outside vendors to devise and implement effective grassroots strategies in congressional districts across the country
Implementing and managing targeted field programs based on the demographics and geography of particular districts
Supervising field staff to make sure GOTV efforts are robust and maximized
Working with vendors to ensure deliverables are received on time and accurately
Collaborating with the Political Director and Analytics Director to ensure the most effective and efficient field operations to achieve electoral success
Other duties as assigned
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Multiple cycles of political field experience, including management experience
Excellent management and motivational skills
Experience working with voters files, pulling lists for phone banks and door knocking
Excellent organizational skills with impeccable attention to detail
Experience managing multiple processes and deadlines simultaneously
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment that requires flexibility as needs and priorities change
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and Outlook required
Familiarity with voter and grassroots software a plus
Commitment to a strong US-Israel relationship a must
Salary & Benefits We are offering a competitive market base salary between $153,000 and $173,000 for the position. A job offer within the range will depend on how closely a candidate’s skills and experience match the role’s requirements. This position is benefits eligible.
