This position sits with our Swedish Match affiliate.

Responsibilities

Selling and servicing Swedish Match's products in retail stores in assigned geography.

Gaining new item distribution, promotion execution, and merchandising products, as well as ensuring freshness of all products in all assigned stores.

Utilizing data to develop fact‑based presentations for customers and following our call process.

Handling all administrative aspects of the job, including expenses and point‑of‑sale materials.

Being able to lift, push, pull, reach, and perform overhead work, carrying bags and boxes (up to 10 lbs frequently, 20 lbs occasionally, up to 50 lbs seldom).

Upon hire, if ineligible for a corporate credit card, responsible for travel costs incurred to meet job obligations; also able to submit weekly expense reports for timely reimbursements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or directly related work experience is required.

Some directly related work experience in non‑durable consumer goods sales.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Problem‑solving and ability to develop creative solutions.

Critical thinking, ability to think and act in selling situations.

Analytical skills, able to analyze data and develop a sales plan.

Planning skills, demonstrate ability to prioritize activities to achieve results.

Microsoft Office and business math skills.

The candidate must live within the geographical assignment.

Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Annual Base Salary Range: $60,000-$80,000
