The successful candidate will manage all sales and operational functions within the geographically assigned area (Morganton, NC and surrounding areas including Lenoir, Hickory, Rutherfordton, and Boone, NC). What you’ll do
Selling and servicing Swedish Match's products in retail stores in the assigned geography. Gaining new item distribution, promotion execution, and merchandising of products; ensuring freshness across all products in assigned stores. Utilizing data to develop fact-based presentations for customers and following our call process. Handling all administrative aspects of the job, including expenses and point-of-sale materials. Who we’re looking for
Bachelor’s degree or directly related work experience is required. Requires some directly related work experience in non-durable consumer goods sales. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Problem-solving and ability to develop creative solutions. Critical thinking with the ability to think and act in selling situations. Analytical skills to analyze data and develop a sales plan. Planning skills with the ability to prioritize activities to achieve results. Microsoft Office and business math skills. The candidate must live within the geographical assignment. Legally authorized to work in the U.S. Requirements and physical demands
Territory Sales Managers must be able to lift, push, pull, reach, conduct overhead work and carry bags and boxes as part of sales activities (up to 10 pounds frequent; up to 20 pounds occasional; possibly up to 50 pounds seldom). Compensation and benefits
Annual Base Salary Range:
