Assist in developing and implementing PLC‑based control systems for automated production equipment. Support senior engineers in programming, testing, and troubleshooting automation solutions. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and deliver high‑quality outcomes. Maintain and optimize existing electrical and control systems to ensure smooth operations. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, process documentation, and best practices. Travel domestically as needed (~10–15%) to support installations and client visits. Strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities. Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and control diagrams. Basic proficiency in engineering software and Microsoft Office tools. Good communication skills for working with teams and clients. Eager to learn, adapt, and contribute in a fast‑paced technical environment. Experience & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in
Electrical Engineering, Electro‑Mechanical Engineering, or related field . 1–3 years of experience
with PLC platforms and automation systems (hands‑on internships/projects acceptable). Familiarity with
Siemens and Rockwell Allen Bradley
PLC and HMI platforms preferred. Exposure to industrial robots, machine vision, or automated material handling systems is a plus. Basic understanding of electrical safety standards and industrial automation equipment. Seniority Level
