Upstream and Midstream Senior Consultant / Manager
Opportune LLP is seeking Senior Consultants / Managers for the Upstream and Midstream Process and Technology practice. This fast‑paced, challenging role focuses on skill development and accelerated learning. You will work directly with Upstream and Midstream clients in a team environment on business transformative projects.
Responsibilities:
Business process design and solution strategy for Upstream and Midstream clients.
Mergers & acquisitions support and system implementation projects.
Analytics and change management initiatives.
Desired Skills & Experience:
2‑5+ years of experience in the upstream oil and gas industry within consulting, operations, or technology solutions firm.
Interest in transforming and improving business processes and organizations through technology, automation, analytics, and collaboration.
Data analytics and management skills to identify trends, opportunities, and risk areas.
Excellent interpersonal, communication (verbal and written) and problem‑solving skills.
Highly motivated goal‑oriented individual.
Strong data management and research skills.
Proficiency with industry software including Salesforce, Alterxy, Excel, PowerBI, and Tableau.
Willingness to travel.
Oil and Gas Industry Internship experience preferred.
