The Role We are seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our enterprise‑wide recruiting strategy and elevate our talent acquisition capabilities across TMHNA’s North American operations. In this strategic senior leadership role you will set the vision for the TA function, drive innovation through evidence‑based best practices, and lead a servant‑leadership approach that empowers and develops a high‑performing team.
What You’ll Be Doing
Servant Leadership & Team Development
– Lead, mentor, and inspire a high‑performing TA team located across the U.S., fostering a culture of trust, inclusion, and collaboration.
Enterprise TA Strategy Design
– Design and execute a unified, future‑focused talent acquisition strategy that aligns with TMHNA’s business objectives and evolving workforce needs post‑integration.
Integration & Best Practices
– Apply experience with mergers and integrations to unify recruiting processes, optimize systems, and establish standardized best practices.
Data‑Driven Insights
– Leverage analytics, market intelligence, and workforce planning insights to guide strategic decisions and optimize resources.
Executive Partnership
– Collaborate with senior leaders and HR partners to anticipate talent needs, forecast hiring demands, and shape workforce plans.
Employer Brand & Talent Pipelines
– Enhance TMHNA’s employer brand through targeted marketing and outreach and build enterprise‑wide pipelines by engaging diverse talent.
Grow Community Partnerships
– Cultivate partnerships with colleges, technical schools, workforce programs, and community organizations to create sustainable talent pipelines.
Operational Excellence
– Establish and monitor key TA performance metrics such as time‑to‑fill, quality‑of‑hire, and source effectiveness to drive measurable progress.
Compliance & Candidate Experience
– Ensure all TA processes meet legal requirements while fostering a fair, equitable, and candidate‑focused hiring experience.
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 12 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition within mid to large sized organizations.
At least 5 years in a senior management talent acquisition role leading large‑scale, geographically dispersed TA teams.
Proven experience managing TA strategy during organizational integrations, mergers, or significant transformations.
Demonstrated success creating and implementing enterprise‑level TA strategies using analytics and market insights.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Expertise in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruitment analytics platforms, and advanced sourcing technologies.
Servant leadership mindset, strategic thinking, strong change management and integration expertise, and exceptional communication and executive level influencing skills.
Where And When You’ll Work This is a hybrid role based out of our Columbus, Indiana or Greene, New York office, with flexibility to work remotely two days per week.
Compensation & Benefits Package Salary:
$129,890 - $184,452 per year. Compensation is based on the selected candidate’s qualifications and experience.
