Artis Senior Living
This Talent Acquisition Manager is a hands‑on people leader who supports Artis’s recruiting strategy, processes, and systems. This working leader manages a small team of recruiters/sourcers focused on high‑volume community hiring (caregivers, nurses, department leaders) while personally driving full‑cycle recruitment for support center and leadership roles. The leader will assist in enhancing our applicant tracking system, ATS, help implement data‑driven dashboards/metrics, help standardize procedures across communities, and support the growth of a newly assisted talent acquisition, TA, function that supports rapid, compliant, and high‑quality hiring.
Responsibilities
Coordinate an industry‑managed recruiting model to best act as both our community and support center associate needs.
Assist with developing and delivering on the TA roadmap aligned with company and candidate journey goals.
Implement, socialize, and execute a comprehensive TA strategy for both community and corporate hiring, aligned to growth plans and staffing SLAs.
Contribute to building market‑specific sourcing playbooks for clinical and hourly roles (e.g., CNAs, LPNs, Med Techs) and leadership talent; expand pipelines through events, schools, and community partners.
Partner with Marketing/Operations to strengthen employer brand and candidate experience for multi‑site, high‑volume environments.
Provide coaching to community leaders on Artis’ goals for the candidate journey.
Own concurrent support team/leadership requisitions end‑to‑end (intake, sourcing, interviewing, offer, close), modeling best‑in‑class recruiting for the team.
Serve as primary ATS owner/admin (configuration, workflows, permissions, integrations, and user training); drive adoption and consistency across communities.
Help standardize and document recruiting SOPs (intake, structured interviews, assessments, reference checks, license verification, background checks), ensuring EEOC and state‑specific compliance.
Establish measurable goals and KPIs to track the effectiveness and impact of the TA function.
Define and publish a TA scorecard (time‑to‑accept, time‑to‑start, cost‑per‑hire, funnel conversion, quality‑of‑hire/90‑day retention, agency spend, etc.).
Contribute to building real‑time dashboards and weekly operating rhythms; use data to forecast hiring demand, set targets, and continuously improve pipelines.
Acts as ambassador and Artis’s voice on the TA vision and strategy both internally and externally.
Promote The Artis Way philosophy and values.
Stay up to date on all technology needed to execute the role including Microsoft 365, UKG, ALIS, Microsoft Office, and others.
Education, Experience and Licensure Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (e.g., Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Communications).
In lieu of a degree, will consider a combination of 10+ years progressive recruiting/TA leadership experience, including multi‑site healthcare/senior‑living hiring.
ATS admin training/certifications (e.g., Workday/UKG/Greenhouse), data/analytics coursework, and compliance training relevant to healthcare.
Work Experience
5+ years in Talent Acquisition, including 3+ years managing recruiters/sourcers in multi‑site, high‑volume environments (senior living, skilled nursing, healthcare, or similar strongly preferred).
Demonstrated ATS ownership/admin experience (e.g., UKG/Workday/Greenhouse), workflow design, integrations, reporting, and training.
Proven track record creating/authoring TA strategy and standing up a new or rapidly scaling TA function.
Fluency with TA metrics and dashboarding; ability to translate insights into action (pipeline health, funnel conversion, start‑date predictability).
