Principal Electrical Engineer

Overview This key role drives concept, design, integration, reliability, and testing of next‑generation product enhancements.
Responsibilities
Lead cross‑functional technical discussions following design control processes.
Translate customer requirements into reliable, low‑cost product designs.
Build design tools and engineering capacities for modeling analog/digital circuits.
Document all design phases, including test procedures and manufacturing readiness.
Investigate product failures, determine root cause, and develop corrective tools.
Mentor peers in reliability and electrical design.
Qualifications
Extensive experience in electrical design architecture, analog/digital, mixed signal, microprocessor, firmware, EMC, safety, and reliability.
Demonstrated success in technical leadership and cross‑disciplinary mentorship.
Strong knowledge of product design, verification, and manufacturing processes.
Ability to build and leverage design tools, simulation, and test equipment.
Experience with design control processes and documentation.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Pay $130,000 – $180,000 per year
