What You Will Be Doing Inspiring and coaching students through one-on-one and small group interactions—focusing on personalized guidance rather than traditional instruction Leveraging cutting-edge learning technology and AI tools to facilitate individualized learning journeys Orchestrating dynamic micro-workshops that build essential life competencies, leadership capabilities, and practical success strategies Crafting tailored development plans that help students identify and amplify their unique talents while expanding their horizons Shaping the evolution of Alpha's revolutionary learning approach by providing actionable insights, performance data, and innovative concepts

Learning Guide Key Responsibilities Champion a mindset of unlimited possibility in students, catalyzing exceptional development through strategic use of technology, personalized mentorship, and by consistently modeling the high-achievement standards you embody. Basic Requirements Four-year degree in any discipline Verifiable track record of exceptional achievement (such as academic distinctions, elite athletics, championship-level competitions, etc.) Proven experience engaging with K–8 students in mentorship, athletic coaching, or educational capacities Exceptional interpersonal communication abilities and commanding presentation skills Authorization to work within the United States without requiring sponsorship Commitment to working on-site at our Miami, FL; New York City, NY or San Francisco, CA locations
