What You Will Be Doing
Guide young learners to set goals and utilize AI‑powered tools effectively during their focused 2‑Hour Learning block.
Support reading habits by reinforcing skills alongside Reading Specialists.
Foster emotional regulation and resilience with structured, warm coaching.
Monitor student progress, identify issues early, and collaborate on strategy adjustments.
Create a dynamic classroom culture that balances structure and playful learning.
What You Won’t Be Doing
Delivering traditional lectures from a whiteboard all day.
Taking charge of literacy instruction or curriculum design.
Spending hours grading or writing extensive lesson plans.
Working in a tech‑free or uninspiring classroom environment.
Managing behavior without understanding the individual needs of each child.
Student Success Coach Key Responsibilities Empower young learners to develop the habits, confidence, and emotional resilience necessary for thriving within Alpha’s innovative, tech‑driven learning model.
Basic Requirements
Full‑time, on‑site availability at our Miami, FL campus.
Bachelor’s degree in any field.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience with children aged 4–8 in educational or similar settings.
Proven ability to inspire and manage young children with a blend of structure and joy.
Embrace a growth mindset and possess a coachable attitude.
Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
Nice‑to‑have Requirements
Certifications in early childhood education models such as CDA, Montessori, or Reggio Emilia.
Experience in supporting reading instruction or collaboration with literacy specialists.
Knowledge of adaptive learning software or personalized education tools.
