About the Role Lead and manage the clinical team to deliver high‑quality ABA therapy services.

Oversee patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.

Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and best practices in behavioral health.

Provide training and support to staff on clinical best practices and therapeutic techniques.

Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to meet individual needs.

Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive, compassionate care.

Foster a culture of teamwork, self‑improvement, and professional development within the center.

Benefits

Total Compensation Package up to $117,000 annually. Opportunity to earn MORE based on center size, mentorship of RBT’s and supervision of assigned trainees.

Monthly Performance Bonuses: Uncapped and start at just 26 hours of treatment delivery per week.

Mentorship Bonuses: Provide supervision hours to an RBT pursuing their Master’s in ABA.

Certification Bonuses: Get rewarded for each therapist who becomes certified under your supervision.

Relocation Packages available.

Remote, Work from Home Days: 3 days per month.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, daytime hours.

Almost 30 days off in Year One: Including holidays, PTO, CEU days, and flex days.

Manageable Caseloads: Support up to 8 children.

Center Leadership: BCBA > Sr. BCBA > Assistant Clinical Director > Clinical Director > Sr. Clinical Director > Group Clinical Director > Regional Clinical Director.

Training & Development: Mentor and train clinicians in evidence‑based ABA practice.

Research & Innovation: Collaborate with Dr. Linda LeBlanc at the Action Institute to advance treatment outcomes, transparency, equity, and clinical quality.

Clinical Guidance Our BCBAs are guided by our Clinical Advisory Board and Compassionate Care Team, featuring clinicians such as Dr. Charna Mintz, Dr. Greg Hanley, Dr. Linda LeBlanc, Dr. Patricia Wright, Dr. Dorothea Lerman, Dr. Malika Pritchett, Dr. Mahshid Ghaemmaghami, and Dr. Anthony Cammilleri.

Continuing Education Minimum 10+ free CEUs per year in‑house, extra funds to attend additional training courses, and 2 paid days off to use for CEU events.
