Executive Director of ServiceFirst Coordination of Outcomes, Performance, and Effectiveness (SCOPE)
The Executive Director of SCOPE is a strategic leadership role reporting to the AVC of Organizational Strategy and Performance within Finance and Operations. This position advances the University's ServiceFirst philosophy by coordinating data-driven planning, performance measurement, and institutional effectiveness strategies across Finance and Operations. The Executive Director leads a team responsible for integrating assessment, planning, and performance data into a unified SCOPE framework that informs decision-making, drives operational improvement, and demonstrates accountability to campus leadership and stakeholders. The role ensures the closed-loop application of analytics by gathering valid, actionable data; aligning it with institutional outcomes and goals; and coordinating the development of continuous improvement plans. Additionally, the Executive Director will lead a comprehensive service feedback strategy to evaluate responsiveness, collaboration, transparency, and accountability across administrative services.
