Overview The final salary will depend on the candidate's qualifications. Those with 8 years or more of required experience can expect offers up to the midpoint of the salary range. Metra provides full pay ranges so candidates can consider their growth potential.
Responsibilities
Provide level 2 and 3 support for multiple technologies including routers, switches and firewalls.
Support zScaler deployment and maintenance.
Administer monitoring tools including SolarWinds, PRTG, and DNA Center.
Use networking, troubleshooting, and investigative tools including Graylog and Wireshark.
Administer Cisco interfaces utilized throughout environment.
Deploy/administrate SD-WAN technologies.
Design, implement, and maintain Meraki wireless infrastructure.
Administer F5 components including ASM, LTM, APM, and AFM.
Work closely with Infrastructure Architect to provide key input into all infrastructure strategies and plans.
Perform project management tasks, specifically driving key infrastructure projects to completion.
Configure, deploy, and maintain a High Availability environment to ensure an uptime of 99.9%.
Oversee the installation, configuration, maintenance, and monitoring of infrastructure related software.
Promote safe work practices and maintain and foster a safe work environment.
Perform other related duties as assigned to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.
Qualifications
8 or more years of required experience.
Strong experience with routers, switches, firewalls, zScaler, SolarWinds, PRTG, DNA Center, Graylog, Wireshark, Cisco interfaces, SD-WAN, Meraki, F5.
Project management experience.
High Availability environment experience.
