The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for interviewing, screening and extending offers to potential office employees with a focus on our engineering roles. Additionally, this role assists with other Talent functions in the implementation of departmental initiatives and programs.
Minimum Requirements
Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communication, or Business
Experience: One year of Talent Acquisition experience, specifically focused on engineering
OR
Education: An Associate’s degree
Experience: Two years administrative experience in Human Resources
Travel: 10-20%
Work Schedule: Typical work hours are 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Monday – Friday. Work may be performed at any time to meet business needs.
Location: This role requires coming into our office in Menasha, WI one day per week and other days as needed to meet hiring needs.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct presentations at high schools and technical schools, establish and maintain relationships with area schools, and attend recruiting events.
Perform searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria using databases, networking, internet recruiting resources, media, recruiting firms, and employee referrals.
Screen and refer applicants to hiring personnel, making hiring recommendations when appropriate.
Interview applicants for posted and future employment opportunities.
Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers to stay abreast of current and future hiring and business needs; attend weekly staffing meetings.
Actively participate in professional and trade related organizations.
Process candidates, as appropriate, after interviewing.
Assist with guidance and interpretation to hiring managers regarding Human Resources policies, procedures, practices, and initiatives.
Maintain current knowledge of various HR laws, practices, procedures, and trends.
Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
