Your Toolkit
BSME/BSAE (MS a plus) and an active PE (PA or ability to obtain quickly).
10+ years designing complex building systems with 3+ years leading teams.
Proven business-development chops and P&L savvy.
Mastery of HVAC design software; Revit and commissioning expertise welcomed.
A leadership style that blends rigor with genuine mentorship.
What Success Looks Like Within 24 Months You Will
Install a high-performance mechanical playbook adopted firm-wide.
Grow mechanical revenue and margin by double-digit percentages.
Earn an equity stake and co-author SMA's five-year strategic plan.
Compensation & Benefits
Base $150k$200k + performance bonuses + partnership dividends.
