We are seeking a highly motivated and detail‑oriented Process Technician to join our growing team in our South San Francisco location. As a Process Technician, you will operate production equipment, perform quality checks, and ensure adherence to safety and production standards. You will be hands‑on, computer literate, have a strong work ethic, and commit to producing high‑quality products.

Responsibilities

Equipment Operation & Maintenance: Operate machinery, perform basic troubleshooting, and maintain equipment according to safety and procedural guidelines.

Assembly & Quality Control: Assemble products to specifications, conduct quality checks, and document production data.

Material Handling & Workplace Organization: Safely move materials, maintain a clean workspace, and adhere to safety protocols.

Documentation & Data Entry: Accurately record production data, utilize computer systems for tracking, and maintain logs.

Teamwork & Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with team members, follow instructions, and participate in initiatives to improve efficiency and quality.

Requirements

Prior experience in a manufacturing setting, with technical or vocational training as a plus.

Able to operate equipment, troubleshoot issues, and interpret technical documents.

Strong attention to detail, commitment to quality standards, and ability to perform inspections.

Capacity to lift heavy objects, adhere to safety protocols, and maintain a safe work environment. Comfort with wearing multiple hats in a fast‑paced, evolving R&D facility.

Basic computer proficiency, including data entry and software navigation, along with effective communication and teamwork skills.

$25 – $37 an hour

Must be able to lift/carry and push/pull up to 50 lb.
