Senior DevOps Engineer / CI/CD / Terraform / Remote
Motion Recruitment is hiring a Senior DevOps Engineer to support our enterprise systems infrastructure. The role requires experience with Windows and Linux, VMware, storage, basic networking, and disaster recovery, as well as strong Terraform, Ansible, and cloud skills. This is a full‑time, fully remote position requiring a presence in EST or CST. Required Skills & Experience Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience. 6+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering roles. 6+ years of experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Desired Skills & Experience Experience using Packer for machine image creation. Familiarity with observability tools such as Elastic, Splunk, or Datadog. Experience in highly regulated environments (PCI‑DSS, SOC 2). What You Will Be Doing Implement infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform and configuration as code using Ansible. Architect, implement, and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines with built‑in security, quality gates, and automation. Provide thought leadership around cloud architecture and deployment strategies across AWS, Azure, or GCP. Lead efforts around containerization (Docker) and image curation (Packer).
