Experience with microservices / SaaS platforms
Strong understanding of security‑first development
Ability to influence architectural decisions
Desired Skills & Experience
SRE practices & production automation
Understanding of compliance frameworks
Python, Java, or .NET development experience
Azure DevOps or Ansible exposure
Experience supporting distributed teams
