Are you a results-driven sales leader with the vision to drive into vertical markets, develop people and the grit to deliver results? Due to growth and restructuring of our sales team we are looking for two exceptional Directors of Sales to take our regional sales strategy to the next level.
As a key member of our leadership team, you will:
Drive strategic sales plans that fuel revenue and customer growth
Lead, inspire, and empower your regional sales team
Identify untapped markets and develop winning go-to-market strategies
Build lasting customer relationships that deliver long-term value
Align with cross-functional teams to keep sales strategies sharp and impactful
Analyze data, track KPIs, and report to senior leadership
Be the face of the company at client meetings, industry events, and conferences
Recruit, develop, and coach top-tier sales talent
What You Bring to the Table
A track record of leading high-performing sales teams
Strategic thinking and a bias for action
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Willingness and ability to travel regionally as needed
Location Requirement
This is a remote leadership role, but you must live within your designated region (West of the Mississippi) to be considered.
