Central U.S. and parts of Canada . You’ll build relationships, drive revenue, and shape the future of communication technology. Responsibilities
Maximize sales performance by managing your territory with independence and accountability Create and execute a strategic territory sales plan aligned with company goals Build strong, long-term customer and channel partner relationships Identify and pursue new market opportunities to drive revenue growth Represent Valcom at trade shows, association events, and customer meetings Deliver compelling product presentations to key decision-makers Analyze sales data and KPIs to proactively adjust your strategy Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success What You Bring To The Table
A minimum of 5 years of direct or related sales experience — ideally in Audio, Networking, Communications, or Telephony industries Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Proven ability to grow market share and manage complex sales cycles Proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite Strong technical aptitude with the ability to communicate complex solutions Integrity, professionalism, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences Ability to travel up to 75% of the time; non-standard hours may occasionally be required Location Requirement
This is a remote field role. Candidates must live within the assigned territory (Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, Iowa, South Dakota, North Dakota, and Minnesota) to be considered. Why Join Us?
