Senior Financial Analyst – Strategic Finance / Corporate Development

Base pay range:
$100,000.00/yr – $120,000.00/yr
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytically driven Senior Financial Analyst to join our growing ENT Physician Practice MSO. This role will play a key part in advancing the organization’s strategic finance, corporate finance, and corporate development initiatives, supporting senior leadership in executing the company’s growth and operational strategy.
The ideal candidate will be a hands‑on problem solver who thrives in a dynamic, fast‑growing, start‑up environment and can balance detail‑oriented financial analysis with big‑picture strategic thinking. This individual will support special projects, operational improvement initiatives, and broader strategic initiatives across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with senior leadership to develop and refine long‑term financial strategies, capital allocation priorities, and business plans.
Prepare and analyze financial models to evaluate growth initiatives, strategic investment projects, and capital planning.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and scenario modeling at corporate and regional levels.
Provide analysis and recommendations for capital planning, debt management, and liquidity optimization.
Conduct financial and operational benchmarking across the organization’s practice footprint.
Corporate Development
Assist in the evaluation and execution of M&A and affiliation opportunities with physician practices and ancillary service lines.
Perform financial due diligence, valuation modeling, and post‑transaction integration analysis.
Prepare materials and analyses for the executive team and board to support strategic decision‑making.
Work closely with legal, operations, and accounting to support transaction execution and post‑close tracking.
Special Projects & Strategic Initiatives
Lead and support cross‑functional projects focused on profitability improvement, practice integration, and scalability of MSO infrastructure.
Provide ad‑hoc analysis to senior leadership and physician stakeholders on emerging strategic opportunities.
Develop dashboards and reporting tools to enhance visibility into key business drivers.
Identify financial risks, trends, and performance opportunities to support proactive management decisions.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field (required).
4–6 years of progressive experience in healthcare finance, corporate FP&A, corporate development, investment banking, private equity, or healthcare consulting.
Strong understanding of healthcare financial dynamics, including physician practice economics and reimbursement (preferred).
Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; experience constructing executive‑level PowerPoint presentations.
Exceptional analytical, quantitative, and problem‑solving skills with a high attention to detail.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with demonstrated experience supporting C‑suite or physician leadership.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high‑quality work in a fast‑paced, start‑up environment.
