What This Role Looks Like
You’ll be joining a team that delivers modern commercial office design solutions. That includes furniture, layout strategy, and everything from ceiling to flooring to create spaces people actually want to work in.
You’ll be following a proven go-to-market approach developed by experienced mentors. Along the way, you’ll have the freedom to make it your own. Your main focus will be building relationships with CRE Brokerages, A&D firms, CRE Developers, Commercial GC's, and companies actively planning or upgrading their workspaces.
You’ll spend time out in the Dallas market. That means attending industry events, visiting job sites, staying in touch with trends, and building relationships that lead to real opportunities.
You’ll generate and qualify leads, set up discovery meetings for your design and project management teams, and help drive momentum through marketing efforts and strategic outreach. You’ll be part of a collaborative sales culture where curiosity, teamwork, and consistency are key.
You’ll Probably Be a Great Fit If
You’ve sold into the CRE market, including brokerages, A&D, construction, or workplace strategy environments. You understand how to approach project managers, designers, brokers, and other professionals in the space.
You communicate clearly and confidently, and you’re motivated by the challenge of building relationships and driving growth.
You want to work with a team that supports your development and values your perspective. You’re coachable, driven, and always looking for ways to improve. Most importantly, you care about delivering value and building long-term trust with clients.
