Responsibilities
Act as the primary, client-focused strategic partner, building long-term client relationships and working to achieve client goals and ensure satisfaction
Work collaboratively with a cross-functional team of content marketers, PR specialists, SEOs, and designers to deliver high-impact, performance-driven results
Leverage insights from content marketing, digital PR, and SEO teams to drive measurable organic growth, optimize performance, and demonstrate tangible results
Manage a portfolio of client accounts, serving as the main point of contact for engagements
Develop and execute tailored strategies grounded in performance data that align with each client’s unique goals and objectives
Create and analyze spreadsheets to build reports, calculate growth metrics, and track KPIs over time
Identify, propose, and secure new opportunities for upsells and cross-sells within existing accounts to expand client engagement, increase revenue, and provide additional value

Required Skills
3+ years working in a similar agency role managing SEO, Content Marketing, and/or Digital PR accounts
Proven ability to build and maintain strong client partnerships rooted in trust, clear communication, and consistent delivery of results
Skilled at translating client goals into actionable strategies across content marketing, SEO, and digital PR that drive measurable organic growth
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present strategies, performance results, and recommendations clearly and confidently
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple accounts, projects, and deadlines simultaneously
Comfortable interpreting performance data, identifying trends, and translating insights into strategic recommendations
Proficient in using spreadsheets (Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets) to analyze campaign results and generate reports
Adept at spotting upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts and guiding clients toward solutions that maximize their outcomes
Experienced in working cross-functionally with content, SEO, and PR teams to deliver cohesive, high-impact campaigns and ensure client goals are met
The salary range for this position is $87,000-$94,000.
