Their diverse client portfolio spans franchise brands, hospitality, travel, technology, and beyond.

Responsibilities

Develop and lead marketing strategy and execution across a portfolio of small-to-midsize business clients, ensuring measurable impact and client satisfaction.

Serve as the primary point of contact and strategic partner to clients, understanding their unique business goals and translating them into actionable marketing plans.

Oversee and participate in hands‑on execution within at least one key discipline such as content marketing, public relations, or digital marketing.

Lead and mentor a cross‑functional team (Account Managers, PR, Content, and Digital specialists) to deliver cohesive, results‑driven campaigns.

Partner with internal teams to optimize workflows, improve deliverables, and ensure all team members contribute to the larger client strategy.

Manage portfolio performance and profitability, identifying opportunities for organic growth within each account.

Provide data‑driven insights and recommendations, communicating performance metrics and strategic direction clearly to clients and leadership.

Champion creativity and operational excellence while maintaining an entrepreneurial mindset in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a closely related field is required.

7–10 years of marketing agency experience, with a strong background in both strategy and hands‑on execution.

Proven ability to lead multiple accounts simultaneously (at least 8–10 clients), ideally within franchise or multi‑location business models.

Demonstrated success in one or more core disciplines: content marketing, public relations, or digital marketing.

Strong leadership skills — able to inspire, coach, and hold teams accountable to performance and delivery standards.

Excellent communication, presentation, and client relationship management skills.

Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to generate ideas, solve problems creatively, and drive measurable results.

Experience with smaller, growth‑stage brands preferred; candidates with primarily enterprise client backgrounds may not be an ideal fit.
