Sales Development Specialist - Inside Sales
to join their collaborative and dynamic team!
What You’ll Do:
Prospect and qualify inbound and outbound leads across SMB and mid-market segments
Conduct discovery calls to understand client pain points and position tailored MSP solutions
Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to convert interest into booked meetings
Maintain accurate records in CRM and contribute to pipeline forecasting
Stay sharp on industry trends, cybersecurity, cloud services, and compliance needs
2+ years of inside sales or SDR experience, preferably in IT, SaaS, or B2B services
Proven success in lead generation, cold outreach, and quota attainment
Strong communication and consultative selling skills
Familiarity with MSP offerings, including helpdesk, infrastructure, and cloud solutions
Self-starter mindset with a passion for technology and client success
