TERRITORY SALES MANAGER – PHILADELBRA

Preference will be given to candidates already located in Philadelphia, PA. The Territory Sales Manager role focuses on selling into traditional Office Equipment Dealerships. This position demands an individual with a proven track record in selling Office Equipment through dealer programs and strong relationship building skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and maintain account relationships with select dealers in a specific region/territory.
Manage, plan and execute all sales activities, training events (including service), and marketing opportunities with dealer accounts for a region with main emphasis on continued growth and profitability.
Work cross-functionally with teams from service, industry marketing, finance, and training, and manage internal relationships from local geography and global support team.
Conduct quarterly business reviews with partner executives to review mutual revenue and strategic objectives.
Deliver and coordinate resources to provide consistent and quality sales, service and solutions training.
QUALIFICATIONS & CAPABILITIES
3-5+ years copier selling experience.
Deep understanding of solution selling and cost-per-page offerings.
Ability to identify new revenue opportunities for dealers utilizing offerings from Lexmark including hardware, software, and services.
Proven ability to work with a dealer at the end-user level, identifying industry specific trends, challenges and opportunities.
Strong relationship building skills, excellent communication and persuasion skills.
Must be able to identify needs of dealership and adapt training and communication as required.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
TRAVEL & LOCATION
Occasional overnight travel required.
Candidate should be based in or easily commutable within the Philadelphia marketplace.
