Job Overview
Georgetown University Center for Functional and Molecular Imaging (CFMI) is actively developing a research program utilizing imaging techniques. This position involves working with investigators on extending fMRI acquisition and analysis techniques and carrying out research.
Responsibilities
Run the 3.0T MRI scanner after training; ensure safety of participants.
Scheduling scan sessions and providing education on MR safety.
Assist in the execution of neuroimaging experiments: data transfer, troubleshooting, quality control.
Conduct unsupervised collection of MRI, data organization, processing, and analysis.
Assist with data interpretation and manuscript preparation.
Perform quality control procedures across projects.
Qualifications and Experience
B.A. or equivalent in psychology, neuroscience, computer science, or biomedical engineering.
One year of experience working in a research lab preferred.
Strong technical skills for implementing quality control procedures.
Work Mode Designation Hybrid
Pay Range $17.95 - $26.84 per hour
