Key Responsibilities

People Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of platform managers and product owners. Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance culture that aligns with organizational goals.

Agile Product Operations: Operate within an agile framework using tools such as Jira, Dragonboat, and Concourse to manage product backlogs, prioritize work, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.

Customer & Client Engagement: Partner closely with internal and external customers to understand needs, gather feedback, and translate insights into actionable product improvements. Experience in customer/client services is a strong plus.

Product Strategy & Execution: Collaborate with Product Management to define release timelines, evaluate trade-offs between scope, schedule, and budget, and communicate delivery plans across the organization.

Backlog & Roadmap Management: Oversee the creation and refinement of user stories and acceptance criteria. Ensure backlog prioritization reflects maximum business value and strategic alignment.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a liaison between business lines and agile teams, or empower team members to do so. Ensure shared understanding of product vision and execution plans.

Continuous Improvement: Employ product management best practices including customer research, data analytics, and market insights to evolve platform capabilities and drive innovation.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

Typically six or more years of related experience

Preferred Skills/Experience

Well-developed ability to collaboratively develop and evolve a product backlog

Well-developed ability to develop and articulate a product vision that supports outcomes, value and prioritization of work

Advanced understanding and demonstrated abilities in support of the Lean/Agile mindset

Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills including ability to lead/collaborate with and empower teams

Well-developed verbal and written communication skills

Proficient computer navigation skills

Standard industry certifications such as SAFe, CSPO, or PSPO are preferred

Pay Range: $119,765.00 - $140,900.00
