Overview
Full‑time (37.5 hrs/week) onsite Speech‑Language Pathologist position in Ridgecrest, CA. The starting hourly rate is $58/hour, based on experience. The start date is May 29, 2026 and the role is 100% onsite.

Position Overview You will provide speech and language therapy services to students in PreK‑12 schools, helping them develop communication skills and overcome speech and language disorders.
Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' speech, language, and communication abilities.
Develop individualized therapy plans and goals based on assessment results.
Deliver direct therapy services targeting articulation, phonology, language comprehension, fluency, and pragmatic skills.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and the educational team to support students' communication goals.
Incorporate evidence‑based techniques and therapeutic activities into sessions.
Monitor progress and adjust therapy plans as needed.
Document therapy sessions, progress reports, and other relevant information accurately and timely.
Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on students' speech and language needs.
Qualifications
Master's degree in Speech‑Language Pathology from an accredited program.
Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech‑Language Pathologist.
Experience providing speech‑language therapy in a school or pediatric setting.
Proficiency with assessment tools and therapeutic techniques used in pediatric speech‑language pathology.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
Knowledge of augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) systems and assistive technology (preferred).
