What You Will Be Doing Shape and safeguard the quality of products and processes.
Develop and review quality standards, processes, methods, work instructions, and procedures for manufactured and procured products.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement and meet quality standards.
Evaluate designs for producibility and smooth production flow.
Identify, trend, and resolve non‑conformances in a timely manner.
Utilize lean initiatives to reduce waste and drive affordability and efficiency.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in STEM or equivalent experience.
Experience in aerospace manufacturing with AS9100 certification.
Ability to interpret drawings and specifications.
Previous Development Hardware Quality Engineering experience.
Travel 25%–50% of time.
Desired Skills
Government stakeholders experience.
MRA/Readiness Reviews experience.
AS9100 and ISO 9001 knowledge.
Lean Six Sigma certification.
ASQ Certified Quality Engineer or similar.
