What You Will Do

The Manager will be responsible for planning, execution, budget management, and reporting on behalf of the division, and for managing Amazon media programs that maximize brand image, sales of specific product lines, and brand performance. The role reports directly into the Retail Media, Amazon Pod Lead and collaborates with internal and external stakeholders, including CDMO, global stakeholders, finance, and LUSA leadership.

Skills Required

  • Familiarity and expertise with the Amazon Advertising ecosystem—programmatic, search, display, or similar experience; hands‑on keyboard experience a must.
  • Implementation of media best practices to fully leverage the Amazon ecosystem.
  • Working knowledge of all media channels and the ability to stay alert to market trends and marketplace conditions.
  • Demonstrated understanding of strategic planning and program implementation in the digital space.
  • Strong attention to detail and focus on process when managing multiple budgets and reporting to internal teams.
  • Experience managing agency partners and internal teams.
  • Ability to translate brand and campaign objectives into strategic optimizations.
  • Experience leveraging third‑party tools (e.g., Pacvue, Vendor/Seller Central) to drive business results.
  • Passion for building full‑funnel campaigns and using tactical tools (e.g., AMC, third‑party studies) to prove success.
  • Ability to analyze brand and campaign performance and present media investment results clearly to key stakeholders and leadership.

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • 3‑5+ years in a traditional agency or media‑focused role (Amazon ads experience a must; Amazon DSP required).
  • Strong project management skills, including experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and prioritizing based on business need and estimated impact.
  • Experience writing RFPs and briefing agency partners.
  • Effective verbal and written communication with multiple groups, including presentations.
  • Ability to present to and persuade individuals or groups.
  • Prioritization and multitasking with attention to detail.
  • Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, strategic thinker.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills.

Judgment and Decision Making

This role requires analytical thinking, communication skills, and data management skills to develop consumer knowledge and insight and to act on data in collaboration with internal brand and external account partners. The role thrives in a matrixed business structure (Marketing, eCommerce, GM, CMO) to coordinate work and deliver objectives. Active network building and becoming an in‑house expert on the account to influence, convince, and introduce new ways of engaging consumers via media are essential.
