Pay Rate: $65‑$70 per hour

Position Summary

This role is responsible for performing end‑to‑end performance testing for new lines of business in financial markets. The incumbent will independently manage tasks from test strategy planning, script development, execution, monitoring, profiling, to reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead performance defect triage meetings and drive solution implementation.
• Coordinate with team members and stakeholders for root‑cause analysis of performance bottlenecks.
• Develop and maintain load scripts using LoadRunner, VUGen 12+, HTTP/HTML, MQ, Java, TruClient protocols.
• Design test strategy, load scenarios, and test plans, and execute load tests to meet target performance.
• Monitor system and application metrics (Dynatrace, Splunk, AWR) to identify and resolve bottlenecks.
• Own issue resolution and triage ownership, communicating effectively across teams.
• Support APAC and EMEA teams with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands‑on experience in performance testing, with mandatory LoadRunner expertise.
• Proficient in VUGen 12+ and advanced script development beyond basic record/playback.
• Deep knowledge of internal domain technologies and architecture (e.g., .NET, Java/JEE). 
• Strong analytical skills, with ability to research and resolve complex system, application, and user issues.
• Experience with monitoring and profiling tools such as Dynatrace, Splunk, and AWR reports.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and results‑driven mindset.
• Banking industry experience required.
