What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Interview and fill contract positions for nursing and allied sources
- Meet daily and weekly metrics to grow and retain the clinician network
- Utilize the employer's applicant tracking system to manage candidate information
- Consult with clinicians to understand their career aspirations and engage them throughout the recruitment process
- Negotiate compensation packages and present candidates to Account Managers for client openings
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Associate's Degree plus 0-2 years of work experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 2-4 years of work experience
- Previous sales or recruiting experience
- Detail-oriented and customer-oriented mindset
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards

- Experience in the healthcare staffing industry
- Proven track record of successful recruiting or sales
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems
- Strong networking abilities to build relationships with potential candidates
