What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Meet daily and weekly metrics to grow and retain the clinician network
• Develop and execute marketing strategies using the employer's proprietary applicant tracking system to reach potential candidates
• Maintain accurate candidate information in the tracking system, including qualifications and selling points
• Consult with clinicians to understand their career needs and keep them engaged in the recruitment process
• Negotiate compensation packages to attract top talent for travel assignments

What is Required (Qualifications)

• Associate's Degree plus 0-2 years of work experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 2-4 years of work experience
• Previous sales or recruiting experienceStrong attention to detail and customer-oriented mindset
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards
