Our client, an ambulatory surgery center in McKinney, TX, is hiring an experienced Operating Room Circulator RN, with emphasis on orthopedic, vascular and spine experience. Enjoy a part-time or full-timedaytime schedule (3-5 days per week), competitive pay of $49-$51 per hour, the opportunity to collaborate with well-respected surgeons and to top it all off- a convenient location near the thriving heart of downtown McKinney.

What You Will Do

  • Deliver safe, effective, and quality patient-family-centered care in the Operating Room.

  • Prepare patients and operating rooms for scheduled surgical procedures.

  • Collaborate with respected surgeons to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

  • Administer and document medications and maintain accurate patient records.

  • Educate patients pre- and post-operation on care, pain management, and recovery expectations.

  • Uphold the highest standards of patient safety and confidentiality while adhering to nursing best practices.

You'll Know You're a Good Fit for This Position If You Have:

  • A current RN license in the state of Texas.

  • Spine, Vascular or Orthopedic experience highly desired.
  • Proven OR experience with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

  • Strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills.

  • A commitment to patient safety and quality nursing care.

  • Favorable bedside manner, including listening and communication skills
