Overview

The Accounting Manager will have a high‑visibility role working closely with executive leadership on financial strategy and operations. Opportunity to lead a collaborative accounting team and implement process improvements that drive efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting operations including GL, AP, AR, payroll, and fixed assets
• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of accounting professionals
• Lead month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end close processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness
• Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements in compliance with GAAP
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes in collaboration with leadership
• Maintain and strengthen internal controls, accounting policies, and procedures
• Partner with other departments to support operational and strategic initiatives
• Lead special projects, system implementations, and continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA strongly preferred
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role
• Strong understanding of GAAP and corporate accounting best practices
• Advanced Excel skills; ERP system experience preferred
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, and skilled at building cross‑functional relationships

Benefits
