Responsibilities

• Lead a team of ten, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and inventory management.
• Perform financial analysis that evaluates business performance, identifies trends, and delivers actionable recommendations to support strategic decision‑making across the organization.
• Establish comprehensive financial reporting systems that deliver accurate monthly financial statements and weekly projections, while serving as a strategic finance partner to location operations teams.
• Oversee warehouse operations to enable informed decision‑making across all organizational levels.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, including weekly forecast updates and annual budget development that aligns financial planning with operational objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years as an accounting manager, controller, or related role in a service‑related industry.
• Experience in industries such as pest control, courier/package delivery, uniform, lawn care, security/protective services, car rental, restoration or mitigation, plumbing, HVAC, and other related fields.
