Hallmark Aviation seeks a dedicated Airline Customer Service Representative to join our team at Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW). The role focuses on delivering outstanding service to international carriers while engaging with high-profile passengers.
Responsibilities
- Learn the behind-the-scene workings of a major international airport.
- Rotate through the check‑in counter, lobby, departure gate, customs, arrivals and other airport areas.
- Navigate various challenges and flight activities to support on‑time performance.
- Interact professionally with high‑profile passengers.
- Partner with port authorities, crew members, and airline personnel to ensure a safe and secure travel experience.
Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age, high school graduate or G.E.D equivalent.
- Eligible to work in the United States.
- English proficiency; other languages a plus.
- Computer savvy; ability to multi‑task in a dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills.
