Overview Hallmark Aviation seeks a dedicated Airline Customer Service Representative to join our team at Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW). The role focuses on delivering outstanding service to international carriers while engaging with high-profile passengers. Responsibilities Learn the behind-the-scene workings of a major international airport. Rotate through the check‑in counter, lobby, departure gate, customs, arrivals and other airport areas. Navigate various challenges and flight activities to support on‑time performance. Interact professionally with high‑profile passengers. Partner with port authorities, crew members, and airline personnel to ensure a safe and secure travel experience. Qualifications At least 18 years of age, high school graduate or G.E.D equivalent. Eligible to work in the United States. English proficiency; other languages a plus. Computer savvy; ability to multi‑task in a dynamic environment. Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills.
