Pay Rate

$20.50 per hour.

What You’ll Do

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites.
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education.
• Receive site‑specific training and guidance from experienced teams.
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service.
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security‑related procedures, following site‑specific policies, and responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the correctional facility and its perimeter to deter unauthorized activities and incidents.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and other sensitive areas to deter unauthorized access and suspicious behavior.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and unusual occurrences as required by site protocols.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with staff, visitors, and individuals within the location to provide assistance and uphold site protocols.
• Remain alert and prepared to respond to emergencies and/or alarms in accordance with established procedures.
• Operate and maintain assigned equipment, including firearms, in compliance with training and company policies.

Minimum Requirements

• Graduate of a law enforcement or military police training program or equivalent.
• Possess an armed guard card or license as required by applicable laws and regulations.
• Have at least two years of law enforcement, military, or corrections experience, or possess a college degree.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Eligible for background investigation and drug screen.
• Participate in industry‑specific security‑related training programs.
