Base pay range

$85,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr

What You’ll Do

• Administer and support core HR programs including compensation, benefits, leaves, performance management, training, and employee recognition.
• Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Support employee relations by attending and documenting disciplinary meetings, investigations, and terminations.
• Assist with talent acquisition activities: job postings, reference checks, background screenings, and onboarding.
• Maintain and audit HR data in ADP/HRIS, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality.
• Monitor and analyze HR metrics (turnover, time-to-fill, compensation trends, EEO1, ACA, OSHA, etc.) and prepare regular reports for leadership.
• Coordinate employee lifecycle activities including orientations, exit interviews, performance review processes, and open enrollment.
• Partner on developing HR systems, pay structures, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and process improvements.
• Organize and facilitate training sessions, company communications, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Stay informed on HR best practices and emerging trends; recommend and implement improvements to enhance both compliance and employee experience.
• Handle day-to-day employee inquiries regarding benefits, PTO, policies, and other HR-related matters.
• Perform other HR-related duties as needed.

What You’ll Bring

• Strong knowledge of HR principles, employment laws, and compliance requirements.
• Experience managing HR programs such as benefits, leaves, recruitment, or employee relations.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
• Proficiency in HRIS/ADP and Microsoft Office Suite.
