The Opportunity with McKinstry We are adding a Workday Senior Product Manager to our growing Business Technology division.
Responsibilities
Takes the lead and owns a major, large-scale initiative.
Manages product life cycle, including modifications, upgrades and maintenance through end of life.
Leads coordination and documentation of project activities including product introduction meetings, design review meetings and user acceptance testing.
Partners with IT, consultants, and software vendors to specify, deliver and maintain solutions and integrations.
Trains, mentors and manages assigned staff.
Creates performance plans, assesses performance and provides performance feedback.
Qualifications
Proven experience in product management with a strong focus on Workday products.
Workday certification is highly desirable.
6-10 years in Product Management or A/E/C industry technology solutions required.
Knowledge of software development methodologies a plus.

Compensation The pay range for this position is $99,270- $169,900 per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A bonus may be provided as part of the compensation package.
