Chief Executive Officer
to lead the overall management of its U.S. operations—driving operational efficiency, commercial performance, and strategic alignment with global headquarters. Acting as the company’s ambassador, the ideal candidate will combine broad general management expertise with the ability to strengthen brand presence, build a unified culture, and position the organization for sustained success. Key Responsibilities
Lead all U.S. operations, including administration, strategy, sales, business management, manufacturing, and daily activities. Review and improve internal processes to optimize efficiency and organizational performance. Set and execute short- and long-term goals with clear action plans. Manage full P&L, budgets, and resource allocation, ensuring financial and operational discipline. Analyze market, technology, and industry trends to identify and pursue growth opportunities. Partner with global leadership to align strategic plans, priorities, and performance targets. Serve as a key external representative with clients, partners, and other stakeholders. Participate in trade fairs, conferences, and industry events to promote brand visibility and engagement. Perform other duties as needed. Professional Qualifications
Extensive leadership experience in general management, ideally within bioprocess technology markets. Established industry network in life sciences, laboratory equipment, or industrial automation sectors. Strong P&L management and restructuring expertise. Familiarity with European business culture and experience building, motivating, and scaling U.S.-based teams is a must-have. Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work effectively in a global, cross-cultural organization and leverage international corporate resources.
