Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)

About the Role This position offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner passionate about community health, preventive care, and equitable access to care. The practice provides comprehensive support, allowing Nurse Practitioners to focus on patient care while working closely with other clinicians in a modern outpatient setting.
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive pay: $85–$90/hour based on experience, with productivity-based bonus opportunities.

Responsibilities
Deliver compassionate primary care services to a diverse patient population.
Diagnose and manage both acute and chronic conditions as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
Conduct physical exams, wellness visits, and preventive screenings.
Develop personalized care plans and educate patients on health management.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff to ensure coordinated care.
Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic health record (EHR).
Qualifications
Master’s Degree in Nursing (APRN).
Active Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) license in New York State.
DEA certification with prescriptive authority.
Minimum 1–2 years of Primary Care Nurse Practitioner experience preferred.
Spanish-speaking skills are a plus.
Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills.
