We’re seeking a
Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
to join our Primary Care team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Nurse Practitioner passionate about community health, preventive care, and delivering equitable healthcare in a welcoming outpatient setting.
Compensation and Benefits
$85–$90/hour depending on experience + productivity-based bonus opportunities
Full benefits for full-time staff / Pro-rated benefits for part-time staff

What You’ll Do as a Nurse Practitioner
Provide compassionate primary care to a diverse patient population
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions as a Family Nurse Practitioner
Perform physical exams and wellness screenings
Educate patients on disease prevention and healthy living
Develop individualized care plans and prescribe treatments
Collaborate with other providers and care teams as a Nurse Practitioner
Document care efficiently using EHR with support from scribes and medical assistants
What We’re Looking For in a Nurse Practitioner
Master’s degree in Nursing (APRN)
Active Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) license in New York
DEA certification with prescriptive authority
1–2 years of Primary Care Nurse Practitioner experience preferred
Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills
