As a founding backend engineer, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping bleeding-edge infrastructure and redefining the trader experience in crypto. Strong product ownership mindset — comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced environment

Prior experience in crypto or Web3 infrastructure

Exposure to trading systems or real-time data architectures

Experience working in startup environments or small, high-impact teams

Work directly with seasoned leaders from top tech companies

Hybrid flexibility with a homey, sunlit Brooklyn loft as HQ

Culture of high feedback, fast iteration, and tasteful software design
