Strategy Execution: Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans, KPIs, and performance milestones.
Supply Chain Mastery: Strengthen global networks, vendor partnerships, and procurement strategies to drive resilience and sustainability.
Manufacturing Excellence: Advance plant efficiency, automation, safety, and compliance to best‑in‑class standards.
Financial Stewardship: Partner with finance to maximize profitability through disciplined cost management and operational rigor.
Customer Centricity: Ensure operational excellence and responsiveness that consistently exceed customer expectations.
Innovation & Sustainability: Lead initiatives in eco‑friendly packaging, process optimization, and emerging technologies.
Team & Culture: Leverage the strength of our fast‑moving, high‑performing teams, building scalable systems while preserving our startup mentality and entrepreneurial spirit.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
15+ years of senior leadership in consumer goods, manufacturing, or supply chain.
Proven success in scaling organizations, improving efficiency, and delivering results.
Strong financial acumen with deep experience managing budgets and P&L.
Expertise in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or operational excellence frameworks.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Experience in startup or high‑growth environments strongly preferred.
Knowledge of sustainability practices and packaging innovation a plus.
Experience assessing and optimizing operational systems delivering strong ROI.
Hands‑on approach building quick understanding of core systems and processes.
Analytical mindset to build data‑driven decisions.
Netsuite ERP experience preferred.
