We are a boutique CPA firm of around 20 professionals located in Greenwood Village, CO, seeking to add talent to our tax leadership team. We specialize in high-net-worth individuals, family groups, and related entities, offering complex and interesting work in a collaborative, flexible, and client‑focused environment. Position Highlights
Titles open based on experience: Tax Manager, Senior Tax Manager, or Tax Director Hybrid schedule (typically 2-3 days in office) Focus on high‑net‑worth, trust, estate, and multi‑entity tax work Strong emphasis on review, client communication, and year‑round advisory Compensation on par with national firms, with average busy season hours under 55 /week Great flexibility, leadership visibility, and opportunities for continued growth Responsibilities
Prepare and review complex tax returns for high‑net‑worth individuals, trusts, estates, and related entities Provide year‑round tax advisory and client communication, including review of returns and client relationships Mentor staff, manage client relationships, and contribute to firm growth and leadership visibility Ideal Background
6+ years of public accounting experience, ideally with HNW, trust, or estate exposure Comfortable reviewing returns, mentoring staff, and managing client relationships Down‑to‑earth personality with a team‑first approach All inquiries are confidential.
